There are 4 components to efficient project management: expenditure, schedule, duration and producing a satisfactory result. A more ambitious goal is to improve business organization and resource distribution. Take any project and you will see that it needs labour, funds and equipment to deliver needed outcomes. To manage projects effectively one have to deal with a number of things. A couple of them are listed below:
