The legal process between telephone corporations

Do you remember that there are exactly 60 seconds in one minute? But correspondingly to IDT many telephone card companies only give customers 36 seconds in a minute. A lot of reputed companies declared that it can't be any fair rivalry if one of competitors has got unfair advantages before the start of a rivalry. IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) company made a resolve to sue the different corporations-providers of prepaid phone cards for the unjust rivalry conditions on a telephone services market.

IDT/UTA had alleged that different its proper phone cards, those of many of its competitors supply just about 60 percent of the minutes of telephone services proposed and given on voice help heard by customers in connection with calls performed by using the cards of accused and advertised by such competitors on radio, newspaper, placard, internet, or another medium. In November 2007 Total Call International, Inc. and IDT/UTA have reached a complete resolution of the suit brought by IDT Telecom, Inc. and Union Telecard Alliance, LLC against Total Call. Earlier IDT/UTA intiated legal procedure against the group of defendants for three times. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and connected structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also attracted into the assize. That incomplete suit is still on approval in the federal tribunal in Newark, New Jersey. To let everybody know the new telephone service terms and payment mode, one of the corporations announced the advertising information on their blog. This new system permits every user to define the duration of the minute that befits him better, and the system would deduct minutes form the account and the customer will have an opportunity to check exactly how many units were deducted and how many remain.
