In case there is something quite unpredictable, it is maybe women and the weather. The object of speech is not women. The history of efforts to foresee the weather has its beginning in antique times. As the atmosphere state is chaotic, even the newest programs cannot propose appropriate forecasts. To predict the weather you should know that the minor mistake in initial state can cause absolute variance in definitive results. Chaos theory is a detached chapter of physics which studies random systems like weather.

The good news is that you do not need to be a meteorologist to know the weather for the several next days. There are many places to know about the weather. There are a lot of meteorological centers that promote their predictions on the radio, TV and on the websites. There is an even greater method that is quite primitive.
