But the composition of the mixture must be of different crops (wheat, oats, millet, maize and so on) and seeds (canary seed, herbage seeds, seeds of lettuce) because it is very important to keep your bird robust. Of course there should be oil-yielding seeds such as sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, hemp seed and various nuts. But these kinds of seeds should be added in a small amount because overdose of oil-yielding seeds is the reason of overweight.
